Psychometric Assessment

Our Psychometric tests are designed to measure and identify the extent to which candidates’ personality and cognitive abilities match those required to perform the role. They help employers to identify hidden aspects of candidates that are difficult to extract from a face-to-face interview. We measure attributes such as emotional intelligence, leadership capability, problem solving, decision making, personality, motivation and values etc. Our tests are administered either online or manually based on clients’ preferences.
